Add Wells to the list. He’s struggling at the moment, but I believe he’ll get going. Beautiful, picture perfect swing.

Ben Rice can definitely hit and I’m concerned about where he fits into the lineup when Stanton gets back. Also, what happens with Grisham? Both deserve to stay in the lineup. Can’t find a better center fielder. It matters (I refer you to last year’s World Series with Judge dropping the ball in CF).

My infield: Wells, Goldschmidt, DJ/Chisolm, Volpe, Cabrera (Assuming Cabrera and Chisholm come back healthy).

Outfield: Dominguez, Grisham, Judge.

DH: Rice, Stanton. I don’t care how they manage it, but Rice has to be in the lineup every single day. Put him on first base when Goldschmidt needs a day off; find a place for him.

Peraza can field, no bat. Late inning defensive replacement.

I’m not sold on Stanton. He has a huge personal strike zone. Chases the outside pitch from right handers, although he was much better last season, still can be a rally ki!!er.

Luke Weaver is now, and should remain THE CLOSER. Devan Williams should be working on what he needs to do to be the setup man.

I don’t see a future (unfortunately) for Leiter. Middle relief needs work. Perhaps, trade Williams for a few guys who can give you innings. I don’t see an upside for Williams, and it’s best to move him before his value takes an even bigger hit.

Great show, fellas!
